Roger Davis Deutsch – President and CEO

Roger Deutsch is the CEO and Founder of Cell Science Systems and PreviMedica, a nutrition consulting firm.  He is also the CEO of Cell Science Systems, GmbH, Potsdam, Germany.

Roger is one of the pioneers of food and chemical sensitivities testing with involvement in this field since 1986.  He has been responsible for the commercialization of the Alcat Test® throughout the world.

Cell Science Systems is a specialty clinical laboratory that develops and performs laboratory testing in immunology, cell biology, molecular diagnostics, and other specialties, supporting the personalized treatment and prevention of chronic disease.   Cell Science Systems, Corp. operates a CLIA certifies laboratory and is an FDA inspected registered, cGMP medical device manufacturer meeting ISO EN13485 standards.  Under Roger’s guidance, Cell Science Systems has become best known for pioneering the Alcat Test for food and chemical sensitivities.  The test has been provided for more than 500,000 patients globally and is considered the gold standard of sensitivity testing by many nutrition and other health care professionals.

He is the co-author of Your Hidden Food Allergies are Making You Fat.

Roger began his professional career as an oil broker but wanted to do more to make an impact on the well-being of humanity.  A life-long sufferer of allergies, he was attracted to the potential of the Alcat Test when introduced to it in its early days.  He has grown the company through collaboration with many leading experts in the fields of integrative medicine, nutritionists and GI specialists, as well as sponsored clinical testing with renowned institutions such as Baylor University and most recently, Yale Medical School to continuously validate the accuracy of the Alcat Test.

Cell Science Systems is the recipient of the 2016 North American Food Intolerance Testing Company of the Year Award.


Amy Pieczarka, RD, LDN, CCN, CDE – Director of Nutrition Services

Dietitian/nutritionist, in practice for over 26 years. Amy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Medical Dietetics from the Pennsylvania State University in 1983, completed the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics accredited internship at St. Luke’s Hospital, Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1984 and has been a registered dietitian since 1985. She has been a certified diabetes educator since 1993. Encouraged by the public’s interest and motivation to prevent disease naturally and motivated by the importance of holistic healing, she successfully completed the coursework and exam required by the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists and became a certified clinical nutritionist in 2003.

Amy has counseled people of all ages and specializes in preventive nutrition, diabetes, food sensitivities, weight management, disordered eating, cardiovascular disease, digestive disorders and holistic nutrition.

Amy is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the American Association of Diabetes Educators, and the International and American Association of Clinical Nutritionists as well as the dietetic practice groups, Sports and Cardiovascular Nutritionists, Dietitians in Functional Medicine, Diabetes Care and Education, Vegetarian Nutrition, Nutritionists in Education, and Entrepreneurial Nutritionists.


Anja Noa Koch – International Marketing Manager

CEO of Cell Science Systems GmbH, Germany and International Marketing Manager at Cell Science Systems Corp.  Anja  is an entrepreneur who has established the German subsidiary of Cell Science Systems. She has several years of experience working in the field of alternative health. Prior to that, Anja while working at an NGO, was involved in leading projects in business development in the Middle East.
